Crafty Cube Ordering Policies:

Gift orders - You are welcome to order multiple cubes and/or subscriptions! If any of the items you're purchasing are to be shipped to an address other than yours, please be sure to enter the additional shipping addresses in the comments box when you check out. If items purchased are for a gift, include your gift message there as well and we'll be happy to put it in their cube.

Crafty Cube Shipping Policies:

Shipping Schedule - See our Campaign Schedule for more details. If they are delayed for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible about the delay.

Shipping Methods - Orders shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii will ship via U.S. Postal Service. All other orders will ship via UPS. UPS requires a valid STREET ADDRESS for shipping, so we cannot ship continental U.S. orders to P.O. Boxes.

Insurance - UPS shipping automatically includes insurance. For USPS shipments to AK and HI, we may insure the package with the postal service or privately, at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses - It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide to us with your order is correct and complete. If there is a problem with the address you provide (whether or not the package is returned to us), you will be billed for reshipping fees and/or any charges that may be levied by the USPS or UPS. Even a typo in your address - for example, 201 instead of 301 - or neglecting to specify your street type ("Street", "Lane", etc.) can cause us to be assessed an "address correction" fee of at least $5.00 that we'll have to pass along to you. *PLEASE* double-check to be sure the address is correct before submitting your order! PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to re-route your Cube to another address after we ship you will be invoiced for the extra charges imposed by the carrier.

Shipping Charges - All shipping and handling fees are included in the prices shown.

International Shipping - We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cartons/Packing Materials - We are conscious of our responsibility to the environment, and like to help save trees whenever possible. As such, we may from time to time use recycled cartons and/or packing materials to ship Crafty Cubes™. If that occurs, please don't be surprised if your outside carton has printing on it from another company that originally used the box! All shipping cartons, whether recycled or brand-new, will be made of recyclable corrugated cardboard... we encourage you to recycle them, either by reusing them or putting them in with other paper and cardboard for recycling pickup in your area (if available).

Damage Claims - We pack Crafty Cubes™ very carefully, using standard packaging materials and methods approved by UPS and USPS. Please inspect your package carefully when it arrives - if the damage is obvious at the time of delivery, refuse the shipment and do NOT sign for it. Damage not immediately apparent should be reported to both the carrier and to us immediately when it's discovered. VERY IMPORTANT - Damaged merchandise must remain in the original shipping carton with all packing materials, since the carrier may ask to inspect the package before processing reimbursement for the claim.

Crafty Cube Payment Policies:

Payment Methods - The payment methods we accept are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards(see credit card policies below).

PayPal - Our shopping cart should redirect you to PayPal automatically to complete the payment process, but occasionally a technical glitch on their end prevents this from happening. In that case, our e-mail address for direct PayPal payments is craftycubes@gmail.com . When using PayPal, you can pay from your PayPal balance or checking account, or fund the payment with your registered credit card(s) on file with PayPal. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of large PayPal payments requesting shipping to an unconfirmed address. If your confirmed PayPal address is a P.O. Box, and your P.O. box is in the same town as your street address, you can add both addresses (one line above the other) to your confirmed address by editing the information in your PayPal account profile (see PayPal's website or call their technical support for more information).

Credit Cards - We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards, using PayPal as our charge processor. You are NOT required to have (or sign up for) a PayPal account to make a one-time credit card payment. If you have a Paypal account and wish to do a one-time credit card payment DO NOT log into your account when taken to Paypal screen. Also you cannot use the same credit card that is tied to any paypal account. If you have any questions or problems making a one-time credit card payment, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Crafty Cube Return Policy:

Refunds/Returns - Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, or issue refunds for any reason EXCEPT inability on our part to ship your order. Crafty Cubes will not be responsible for any problems resulting from faulty product packaging by contributors.

Crafty Cube General Policies:

Stock Levels - We do our best to update the website in a timely fashion as to projected availability of Cubes. However, a flood of simultaneous orders could possibly result in overselling boxes and/or subscriptions. In that event, we will immediately reverse the payment transaction with our sincere apologies, and will offer you first chance at purchasing that same product when we once again have them available.

Disclaimer - The team at Crafty Cubes™ is not responsible for the outcome of any transactions conducted between Cube purchasers and contributing artisans. In fulfilling your Crafty Cubes™ order, no warranty is expressed or implied. We strongly advise you not to purchase a Cube if you have any known fragrance allergies or sensitivities. Crafty Cubes™ does not specifically recommend or endorse any of the artisans whose products are included in the Cube campaigns, nor any of the companies that advertise in Cubes or on craftycubes.com. All products included in Cubes are for external use ONLY, and should be kept out of the reach of children and pets. Direct contact with some products could result in irritation of the eyes, skin or mucous membranes - if any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. We strongly encourage all of our soap and toiletry artisans to label their products with ingredients, so you can educate yourself before using them.

Privacy Policy - By placing an order, or signing up for our mailing list, you provide us with your personal contact information. Because we value your trust, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide that personal information to outside parties. If you are on our mailing list, we reserve the right to include advertisements for third parties in the newsletters we send you, but those third parties do not have any access to our mailing list data or any other personal information about you.

AromaCube Policies

Aroma CubeOrdering Policies:

If items purchased are for a gift, include your gift message there as well and we'll be happy to put it in their cube.

Auto-Ship Cancellations/Pausing - Once you've received your first Cube, you can cancel your Auto-Ship simply by notifying us no later than the 1st of the month that the next Cube is scheduled to ship. We'll acknowledge your wish to cancel and officially stop your recurring charges immediately. (If you don't receive an acknowledgement from us within 72 hours, please contact us again - occasionally emails do get lost, and your cancellation isn't official until you receive the acknowledgement from us that we got your request to cancel..) If you sign up now and decide to stop later, you would then have to pay the higher regular price for any new automatic shipments or single Cube purchases. We'll even let you "pause" your autoshipments up to once a year without penalty in order to skip a campaign – for example, in the event that you have specific allergies, will be out of town for an extended period of time, etc.

Shipping Methods - We regret that due to strict postal regulations regarding packages containing fragrance oils of different flash points, we are unable to ship Aroma Cubes™ outside the continental US because they cannot be shipped by US Postal Service. All shipping is via UPS, so we will need a physical street address provided, since UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Insurance - UPS shipping automatically includes insurance.

If you wish to have your order shipped to a commercially zoned address (for example, your work address or your spouse's), it will help you to save on shipping charges, and we?re happy to accommodate that request – simply use your credit card billing address in the "billing address" field at checkout, and give the commercial address as the "shipping address". In all cases, your billing address must be the address at which you receive your credit card statements - otherwise, our credit card processor may not approve the charge for your purchase.

Aroma Cube Payment Policies:

Payment Methods - We are pleased to be able to accept MasterCard and Visa for credit card AutoShip and single Cube orders. Those wishing to sign up for AutoShip or single Cube purchases using Discover or American Express can certainly do so; however, you will need to do so via PayPal, funding your payment with a credit card (see PayPal policies below) or as a one-time credit card payment without having a Paypal account. All credit card charges will appear on your billing statement as coming from Foster?s Creations.

PayPal - In order to comply with PayPal?s seller policies, we cannot accept payment from you for your Aroma Cubes? purchase until shortly before we are ready to ship each campaign. Therefore, AutoShip orders using PayPal as a payment method will check out as usual through our shopping cart, but no charges will be applied to your account. We ask during checkout for your PayPal e-mail address, and will send you an e-mail around the time that your first Cube is ready to ship, containing a link to pay for your Cube subscription. This link sets up a recurring payment via PayPal, with your first Cube charged immediately when you make the payment, then every two months thereafter, with each payment occurring shortly before that Cube campaign ships. You will only need to pay once, and subsequent payments will be automatic. For single cube purchases using PayPal, you will not be charged at the time of your purchase. We will e-mail a payment invoice shortly before your Cube is scheduled to ship. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of PayPal payments requesting shipping to an unconfirmed address, at our discretion. If your confirmed PayPal address is a PO box, and your PO box in the same town as your street address, you can add both addresses (one line above the other) to your confirmed address, simply by editing the information in your PayPal profile (see PayPal's website or call their technical support for more information). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is for your protection, as well as ours, that we comply with PayPal's policies regarding payments.


Credit Cards - We accept MasterCard and Visa using Payjunction as our charge processor. Charges will appear on your billing statement as coming from Foster's Creations. If you have any questions or problems making a one-time credit card payment, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Aroma Cube
General Policies:

Stock Levels - We will take pre-orders for each campaign until the cutoff date specified on the Schedule page. We may re-open single cube sales after the close of a campaign due to additional boxes becoming available in the event that we invoice someone for their pre-order and they do not pay the invoice or an credit card charge is declined. We will post additional availability via newsletter and blog posting.
